Time Bank Settings
Go to settings and select “Time bank settings”
Time Bank settings pop up opens
Time Bank Max+ – Maximum acceptable plus hours
Time Bank min- – maximum acceptable minus hours
Time Bank keep+ % – When max+ is reached or exceeded an emptying is taken place automatically next time an export is made to the payroll system. This column tells how much in percentage of the Max+ hours that should be kept in the Time Bank. 0 means that Time Bank should be set to zero. 100 means that Time Bank should be set equal to Max+. 20 mean that 20% of the Max+ should be kept. The rest is sent to the pay roll application during the next export.
Time Bank Keep-% – When max- is reached or exceeded an emptying is taken place automatically. This column tells how much in percentage of the Max- hours that should be kept in the Time Bank. 0 means that balance should be set to zero. 100 means that balance should be set equal to Max-. 20 mean that 20% of the Max- should be kept. The rest is sent to the pay roll application during the next export.
Work shift confirmation
Select the user and click on “Confirm” button. Time bank balance appears on top right corner of the Work shift confirmation form.User time bank balance is added to “work shift confirmation form”. Time bank left empty if user doesn’t have any time bank transactions yet.
Time bank popup
A time bank pop-up window is opened automatically when the administrator clicks on the “Approve” button in the “Work shift confirmation form”.
Adjustment to a user’s time bank balance is made in this pop up by adding a new transaction with a positive or negative value. It should be required to give a comment.
Time Bank balance in Daily Planning
Go to Daily planning.
Users Time Bank balances are shown in the column called “Hours” in the “Available staff grid”.
